Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Wildensteiner e.U. (Buchbrunn 21, 9141 Eberndorf, Austria) and the customer through the online shop. The version of these terms and conditions valid at the time of the order shall apply.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to order. By submitting your order, you make a binding offer. We confirm receipt of your order by email. The purchase contract is concluded with the shipping confirmation.

All stated prices are final prices. No VAT is charged pursuant to § 6 para. 1 no. 27 UStG (Austrian VAT Act). Shipping costs are shown separately. The following payment methods are available: • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) via Stripe • Apple Pay / Google Pay Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Delivery time is usually 2–5 business days (DE/AT) or 5–10 business days (EU). Free shipping within Germany and Austria. For other EU countries, shipping costs of €4.90 apply (free over €50). Switzerland: €4.90. We ship worldwide. International shipping costs on request.

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear declaration (e.g., email to office@grillrocker.com) of your decision. Statutory warranty rights apply. In the event of defects in the goods, you are entitled to supplementary performance (repair or replacement delivery). If supplementary performance fails, you may, at your option, demand a reduction or withdrawal.

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has his habitual residence do not conflict with it.
